Simultaneously, 99x has expanded its European presence with the acquisition of Cleverti, a Portugal-based software services firm with 60 employees. Cleverti offers clients in Scandinavia and Western Europe access to strong technical talent in Portugal and Brazil. Founder, Carlos Da Silva, re-invests in 99x and will continue as CEO of Cleverti.
