Driv Kapital Fund I invests in the establishment of the fourth largest provider of damage control services in Norway. Together with the founders and key employees, Driv Kapital is merging the ownership of 4 member companies of the Skade1 alliance to form Servicealliansen. Driv Kapital Fund I will own 57% of the shares and the founders and key employees will hold the latter. The Skade 1 alliance was formed by industry veterans in 2018 to bid on national frame agreements with Norwegian insurance companies and the member companies have a long shared history even before the foundation of the Skade 1 alliance. In addition to offering damage control services, the group offers surface and real estate services.
Under the new partnership, Servicealliansen will seek to expand its geographical footprint and service offering both organically and through acquisitions.
